- Drywall, BoardeX or glass partitions and meeting rooms
- Lighting, outlets, data and camera cable routes
- Plaster finishing, painting and decorative finishes
- Laminate, LVT and ceramic floors or wood floor sanding and varnishing
- Kitchen and wet room plumbing, drainage and suitable mechanical services
How we plan the work
- Confirm room count, workstations and the layout on site.
- Agree on partition, floor, electrical, data and plumbing scope.
- Plan phases if parts of the office remain in use.
- Check the agreed work items together before handover.
What to share before a site visit
- Will staff remain in the office during renovation?
- How many rooms and doors are required?
- Which electrical, data or camera points must move?
